I also appreciated the mosquito mesh over the windows, which kept the bugs out without being obtrusive. The location of the hotel in a small hamlet next to an old church was really charming and added to the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There were also superb walking opportunities right on the doorstep, which was amazing for those who love nature. Lastly, the breakfast provided was typically continental with fresh bread and homemade jams, which I found absolutely lovely.
